Bilingual Telesales/Customer Service Agents (German)

Are you a confident, go-getter who is naturally resilient? Do you have a passion for sales and customer service? Do you have telesales experience? Are you fluent in English and German?

We have excellent opportunities with an international company for Bilingual Telesales/Customer Service Agent to work on targeted campaigns with an attractive commission structure. We are looking for people with drive and personality who can overcome issue to provide solutions and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the products
  • Help our customers choose appropriate products - recommending products with the passion and enthusiasm they deserve
  • Be interested in our customers and their needs, be good at listening and discerning what solutions/products are best for the customer
  • Use computer systems to perform daily tasks to help support our customers
  • Answer customer contacts via phone, email and click-to-chat
  • Be proactive in upselling/cross-selling products
  • Understand and communicate the brand’s philosophy to customers
  • Manage accounts
  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls

Qualifications necessary

Key Skills:

  • Strong typing skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent writing, spelling and grammar skills in English and German
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside the box to provide solutions
  • Professional sales skills with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic team
  • Resolution focussed

  • Always trying to exceed customer expectations through service
  • Reliable – following up and tracking our customer queries
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Fluent German Verbal/Written Skills
