Job description

  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Provide general support to visitors and maintain contact lists
  • Answer and redirect phone calls as appropriate
  • Write and distribute email, memos and post
  • Develop and maintain filing system

Qualifications necessary

  • Candidate must hold an in date enhanced DBS
  • Excellent typing, oral and written communication
  • PC literate with previous experience of data entry
  • Ablity to work as part of a team and equally able to work independently
  • Knowledge of software, databases and word processing programs 
  • Able to operate general office equipment as well as a telephone system
