Administrative Clerk

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Administrator for a temporary contract in Portishead.
 
• To deal with all correspondence and prepare routine replies as appropriate. 
• To provide clerical and administrative support to Unit personnel. 
• To deal with internal and external callers, answering and raising queries as necessary. 
• To give basic advice in relation to ongoing sponsorship initiatives and Trust matters. 
To be responsible for the issue of receipts for donations to the Trust, the completion of the paying in books and the 
banking of such donations. 
•To maintain accurate statistics and records in relation to ongoing initiatives, producing spreadsheets where 
necessary. 
• To attend meetings, produce minutes and ensure that consequent actions are followed up.

Qualifications necessary

Previous admin experience.
Experience Minute Taking. 

Typing speed of minimum 30 wpm.
